Overall had an excellent time.
Crowd reports:
Monday 12/14 - Epcot - Somewhat crowded, TT and Soarin were about an hour for most of the day. Although we able to do stand by for 8:15 Candlelight, got in line about 7:45, even got a wheelchair seat
Tuesday 12/15 - DHS - Moderate crowd, TSMM was only about 30 min most of the day. No problem getting in to Fantasmic about 30 min before show started
Wednesday 12/16 - MK - Moderate\Light crowd, Splash was a walk-on early, Peter Pan was about 30 min at peak. No problem getting good spot for Spectro 30 min before parade started. This day was supposed to be an 8 according to touringplans. It was definitely not an 8 to me.
Overall, when I compare the crowds to when I went during Mardi Gras this year, it was much less crowded in Dec than Feb.
Food Reports:
Tutto was above average, LTT was very good, Chef Mickeys was disappointing, especially the characters, HDDR was fun and good
Decorations:
Didn't notice a drop off, except for LOW
Resort:
Stayed at BLT, ultimate location for a resort, TOW lounge is impressive. A little too "office" like for me. Put the WL theme in that location and it would be perfect for me.
