On my 180 day mark, what time do on-line reservations open? If I choose to call instead, what time is that and what is the number?

6 am online (eastern) and 7 am for the phone. I assume the number can be found on the MDE site.

My advice, get online at 6 AM EST, with a list and a plan and use the phone as a back up plan, or in tandem. And for the next deadline, Fast Passes...I heard that they were available on the 60 day mark at midnight EST, however I could not gain access at that time. I tried again at midnight my time which is Central and no go, I went to bed woke up at 6 AM CST took a deep breath and tried again and got all the fast passes I wanted and in the time frame I wanted.

I really hate that this part of the trip has become this stressful.
