Quick questions about Sheraton Vistana

I will be staying there from December 10 - 17th and had a couple of quick questions about some of the stuff available. I hope I get the fountains building, I already did my diamond lane request.

Just curious, are there any outdoor grills?

I have friends who live in Florida and may come to visit, do they have to have a special pass or anything to get onto property?

How far is the closest grocery store?

What pots and pans are provided?

How big is the fridge?

You have to OK their entrance when the guard gate calls

How far is the closest grocery store?

2 miles toward DTD is Wynn Dixie - 2 miles toward Kissimee is Super Walmart / Publix

What pots and pans are provided?

Most standard items

How big is the fridge?

Standard size 24CF - top freezer

Thanks. I have a recipe for pancetta wrapped jumbo shrimp that I wanted to use the grill for. I always pack all my food before I go and know that it will taste so good on the grill.

Thanks about the grocery stores. Earlier this year, I became quite friendly with Publix so I wanted to know how far away a grocery store was that wasn't Publix.

I am very excited about staying here since I have heard really good things about it.

I don't think all sections have BBQ grills, but several do, and there are no restrictions to using them. They are all charcoal grills, not propane. Remember to bring your own BBQ utensils or pick up cheap ones when you get there. They are not provided. I actually saw one guy using a putty knife as a spatula once

We own at Vistana, and prefer the Publix on Vineland, just a couple of miles from the resort on Vineland. The W-D is okay, but not quite as nice. Publix has a great section of prepared meals - you are on vacation after all! There is also a Whole Foods at Turkey Lake and Sand Lake for specialty items.
