Quick Question

We received our plane tickets and our ME tags.

Should we be getting 1 more package with more info?

I thought we did last year, it contained the Disney Keepsake luggage tags and other info. Maybe I'm loosing it

Did you book directly through Disney or through someone else? For my upcoming trip I booked with Disney and received that packet, but my friend booked through Southwest and didn't. Also, if you did book through Disney, when did you receive the first packet with the ME info? I think I received my two packets about a week or so apart. Hope this helps answer your question. Since you did book with Disney and it looks like we're leaving on the same day (yeah for us!!) I would definitely give them a call. They should be able to express it out to you so you have it before you leave. Hope you have a great trip

Whom you booked through has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not you get those cute little keepsake luggage tags.

It has everything to do with whether you booked a package or did a room-only reservation. Those keepsake luggage tags are only for people who booked packages, regardless of whether they used a travel agent or booked directly through the Walt Disney Travel Company. There are no tangible perks to booking directly through WDTC as opposed to using a travel agent.

People who book a room-only reservation do not receive those keepsake luggage tags, even if they booked directly through WDTC.

That's funny because my friend did book pretty much the same package that I did (just at different resorts), but she did hers through Southwest Travel and I did mine through Disney. I got the packet and she didn't. I thought that it was because the difference in who we booked through. She probably should have called to get the additional packet. Thanks for the info!
