quick question

i keep seeing people saying little two letter words like DS, DH,and some others. what do these mean?

DS = dear son
DH = dear husband
DD = dear daughter
BF = boyfriend

Instead of "dear" it could also be "darling" - at least that's how I learned it

When I was first new here I thought it meant like "disney-husband" so that makes me laugh that I'm not the only one that thought that.

I thought the prefix meant "disney" until 3 minutes ago.

I usually think it to myself as Disney - unless they have ticked me off - then it is "dang"
