On the menu prices i have received from our wedding planner it says price includes -

Appetizer,soup or salad,entree and tea coffee etc etc

Does this mean it includes an appetizer and either a soup or salad or does it mean and appetizer or a soup or a salad

It means you have been quoted for an appetizer and on top of that either a soup or salad
