Does the Disney Wonder have tea making facilities in the room? May just be the British in my mum but she loves a cup of tea or two in the morning and would love to be able to help herself without going out of the room. It is likely that she'll be looking after my two year old niece on some nights and so would like to make the most of the verandah before the little one wakes up! TIA

Unfortunately, there is no way to make tea or coffee in the cabins. However, I would suggest ordering a craft of hot water and tea set up from room service the night before. The thermal craft the hot water is in will stay hot over night. We did this with coffee and it was wonderful to have it waiting in the morning when we first woke up in the cabin. Enjoyed my first cup on the veranda daily before the kids and husband were up.

I would order room service for early delivery in the morning. You can set up the time the night prior. They will deliver at the time you choose.

Was the coffee still fresh? It didn't taste like it had been made the night before?

I always put out the order form the night before to have my tea delivered in the morning. I enjoy it and a croissant on the verandah to start my day.

It is possible at the begging of the cruise to request tea to be delivered every morning. It doubles as a wake-up call. For anyone thats in concierge just ask them but you can do it yourself as well

The will be a door hanger in the desk drawer that you can order coffee, tea and a light breakfast.
Fill out the card and hang it on your cabin door and coffee will magically appear in the morning.

Will they leave what you order outside your door or do they knock and require you to answer. I like to have coffee right when we wake up but don't always know what time I'm going to sleep until (sometimes I actually sleep in- past 7am).

They knock and you have to answer the door.

One of my favorite breakfast things on Carnival was a bagel and smoked salmon delivered in the morning. I don't see that on the DCL card above- I don't guess you can request anything that isn't on that list?

The in-room breakfast (for other than Concierge) is basically a cold, continental-style breakfast. You can get a bagel, but no smoked salmon.
