Has anyone redeemed these yet? I was reading on the member site that it says that each person has to be at the window and provide their driver's license and member i.d. Why do they need this? If I've ordered them online, through the member site, and they're in our names, and at least one of us is redeeming them, do we all have to be standing there at the ticket window?

TIA! :-)

You need to show proof that each person exchanging a DVC-discounted voucher is either a DVC member (with blue member card) or an immediate family member living at the same address. IIRC, you can order up to eight DVC-discounted vouchers off one member number and Disney has no way to know if the people that end up with the actual passes qualify for the discount or not unless they show up with the proper ID.

I suppose if you have the other peoples' membership cards and photo IDs with the same address, you might be able to get the pass for them. I haven't exchanged mine yet so I can't say for sure if the CM will do that for you or not.

For such a good discount, it doesn't seem all that bad to me to have to show up to do the exchange. JMHO.

Best wishes -

No, of course it's not. We just wondered if one person could take care of the pass exchange if necessary.

Thanks for the info! :)
