Quick question: booking time for tours/fireworks dessert parties

Hi! Sorry if this isn't the correct place to ask this question. We have our 180 days window opening tomorrow AM for dining . Do we also book our Happily Ever After Fireworks Dessert Party at that time, as well as Wild Africa Trek and Epcot Seas Aqua Tour? Can this be done online or do I have to call? Do the tours and dessert parties require payment up front in full? For reference, I'm in the central time zone, so I'll be up bright and early online at 5am!

EDIT: I plan to purchase us both annual passes once we save up the cash. If I book the tours now and have to pay in full, can I get the AP discount refunded to me after the fact?

Yes you call for the tours and book the dinner packages online or call.
Yes you pay in full for both. I am not sure if they are available at a hundred and eighty days always.

While it sometimes slips from this pattern, the HEA dessert parties are currently bookable at 180+10 days out.

Thanks guys! I just took a peek and see that I'll have to call for the HEA dessert party in order to get 180+8 (if there's a fireworks show that night), because online it looks like they only show 180 days out.

7AM EST is the time I can start calling to make reservations, correct? 6AM EST is when I can go online?

If you have an on-site reservation and tomorrow is 180 days from your check-in date, your “+10” window will open tomorrow morning. Right now, you’ll only see through 180 days out (as you are experiencing).
