We got our closing papers today (resale) and I have a question. I have already emailed our resale agent, but figured one of my Disboard ppl would answer just as fast, if not faster! My question is, what is 'Unit 23A'? My papers state 125 points at SSR. 'Unit 23A' Thanks so much folks!

When we buy into the DVC, we actually buy a real estate interest in a specific DVC resort, such as SSR. Our ownership interest is represented by xx number of points. To allocate points to a resort, DVD establishes "Units" at each resort, and each Unit is comprised of one or more villas. The number of points in each Unit varies, depending on size of the villa(s) that make up the Unit. For example, SSR Unit 140B is comprised of two Treehouse Villas and has 30,175 points allotted to it. In your case, your ownership interest is represented by points allotted in Unit 23A.
