Okay: it's been a while since I planned a trip to DLR, and I've always relied on the menus on All-Ears to guide my decisions, but it seems like some of them are outdated, so I went to Disney's site to look at their menus.

I am positive there used to be a significant difference between the lunch and dinner menus at restaurants like Cafe Orleans, Blue Bayou, and Carthay Circle, because we used to choose those restaurants for lunch and eat at counter-service favorites for dinner to save a few dollars. The menus on Disney's site, though, are exactly the same for lunch and dinner. Is that accurate now?
TIA!

I'm not sure about Carthay Circle. When we were last at the park in August there were differences between the lunch and dinner menus that were displayed in front of the restaurant. Also, Carthay menus don't seem to get updated online accurately. I asked one of the servers about it, and they told me that the website doesn't keep up with the seasonality of their menu. So I think lunch and dinner might offer a couple different items at Carthay, but I agree with smartlabelprint that they have gone to just one menu for Cafe Orleans and Blue Bayou now.

That's good to know. We'll probably still eat at both places for lunch, since we like the long break in the middle of the day, and we usually take an afternoon break at the hotel after the bigger meal, then wander around at night and just grab counter service whenever we get hungry.

Carthay is a little trickier, though, since there might be an expanded menu for dinner. We're also torn whether or not we should do the Frozen package there, with its limited menu, or just eat there and wait in line for the show. There seem to be mixed reviews about whether or not it's worth getting passes through the dining package.

Cafe Orleans menu has always been the same for lunch and dinner.

Carthay Circle has different menus for lunch and dinner.

BB - Only difference appears to be no Monte Cristo at dinner.
