Quick question about Disneyland tickets

Hey all, I know you can exchange WDW tickets for Disneyland tickets but my question is what kind of Disneyland ticket do they give you? Last summer I exchanged my park hopper WDW tickets for Disneyland + California Adventure tickets and I was wondering if they made a mistake by giving me an extra ticket. Anyone know?

If you have a valid parkhopper ticket for WDW, they will exchange it for a valid parkhopper ticket for DLR. Sounds like you got the correct ticket.

It's supposed to be one to one. You give them your WDW, they take a day off of it and give you a one day ticket. You do it each day. If you have hopping on the WDW ticket, you get a "both parks" ticket.

Are you saying you did it one more day than you thought you had WDW tickets for?
