Quick question about Disney Movie Club

I pre-ordered Toy Story 3 on Oct 28th and my account is still saying Processing. Is it normal for a movie to take this long to be shipped out?

They take absolutely forever to ship but since the movie wasn't released until Nov 2, you should probably see it early next week at the latest. Last month I ordered Beauty and the Beast and it was about 2 weeks from when they charged my account until I received it. I was actually going to call them but when I got home from work, it was there.
