I know you do not have to pay for a child under 3. Unfortunately for me, all 3 of mine are now over 3 and I don't remember the answer to this question. Are the children that are under 3 listed on the room card? Do they get a room key to get into the parks? I totally forget!

No they don't since children under 3 don't need a park ticket. I believe the only thing they are included in is the Magical Express ticket.

When our DS was under 3 we went twice and joked that as far as Disney was concerned he was a 'non-person'. I guess if you're not paying out (ie. park ticket) than Disney isn't paying in with a KTTW card. Would make a nice momento though for a childs first trip.

We went in October and all of our children were issued cards, even my 15 month old! His card was not good in the parks but it did open the room door. I thought it was a little odd but now he has a souvenier like the other 2!
