Do all official SeaWorld hotels offer free Quick Que passes on a first come first serve basis? I know that the Fairfield/Springhill Marriott hotels do but I wasn't sure if that was a special perk for those two hotels or if all official SeaWorld hotels offer them when asked for. We were hoping to stay in a larger room like Floridays resort or something similar. Thanks!

As far as I know, yes, first come, first get. At least that was what we had at the Residence Inn. We tended to get it the night before rather than before leaving in the morning. While I heard they can all be issued out, I guess we have been lucky, and even during the holidays, we always were able to get them.

All official hotels of SeaWorld offer the free Quick Queue passes, and as Lynne confirmed for you above they are available on a first come, first served basis (but the ONLY time I have seen them run out is later in the day on Christmas week). There are 8 "official" properties to choose from.

Guests of the official hotels are eligible for the following perks:

Receive the following when you stay at this Official Hotel of SeaWorld. Visit the Expedia Local Expert desk in the lobby to take advantage of these exclusive benefits:
  • Complimentary Quick Queue at SeaWorld (front-of-the-line access)
  • Complimentary transportation to SeaWorld, Aquatica, SeaWorld's WaterparkTM Orlando, Discovery Cove and Universal Orlando*
  • Complimentary access to the SeaWorld Rescue Tour*
  • 10% off dining at SeaWorld and Aquatica, SeaWorld's WaterparkTM Orlando
  • 10% off merchandise purchases of $50 or more at SeaWorld and Aquatica, SeaWorld's WaterparkTM Orlando
  • Early Entry into SeaWorld and Aquatica, SeaWorld's WaterparkTM Orlando on select dates
  • 10% off merchandise at Discovery Cove

Hotel partners offer reduced benefits versus the official hotels. Floridays is considered one of those partners. These are the benefits you would receive if staying at that property:

The Residence Inn SW and Hilton Grand Vacations at SW both offer two bedroom/two bathroom suites. HGV have laundry facilities in room (timeshare style villas). The RI SW has an awesome hot breakfast buffet (complimentary for guests) each day. Those two properties might be your best options for the space you are seeking while still entitling you to all the best onsite perks.

We stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations at Seaworld last month and claimed our quick queue passes the morning before our Seaworld day. One thing to note...it only provides quick access to each attraction one time.

do you have to book a package to get the quick queue passes, or is it enough to just book a hotel room? we have annual passes (to busch gardens williamsburg, but they are the platinum passes that get us into the florida parks, too), so only need the room. the links to the hotels from the sea world website, however, only bring you to a page that sells packages.

we are currently booked in a disney springs hotel because we figured that's where we'd be at night and traffic around there is a bear, but availability of quick queue for free might be enough to get me to change to a sea world hotel. prices for room-only at a couple of the official sea world hotels are comparable to what we'd be paying at disney springs. we're only going to be in town 2 days, and plan to go to sea world and aquatica; with such a short visit, we'd like to maximize our time.

thanks! :)

Anyone staying at an Official Partner Hotel may take advantage of the free Quick Queue passes for Seaworld. It does not matter if you are booked via a package or a stand-alone hotel reservation. It also doesn't matter if your hotel reservation is booked through Expedia, Travelocity, or other third party agent or directly with the property itself. You just have to be a registered guest :thumbsup2.

We only live an hour away, but just used our free night for this purpose- we got quick queue for two days! It saves a lot of time. The Saturday rescue tour was already filled up when we arrived Friday, unfortunately.

The hotel quick queue doesn't include Mako yet, if that matters to you.

Do you book the rescue tour at the hotel? Is the day before the earliest you can book it. I really want to do that free tour.

They will only hand tour tickets to you in person. Make sure to book it at the Expedia desk after you check in. We were only there one night. Apparently the tour was operating on Thursdays and Saturdays this July, so you depending on how many days you are staying, you could have multiple opportunities!

So you can get it earlier than just the day before then? We arrive on a Tuesday and leave on Sunday. I believe they only have Saturday available in September when I go.

I'm pretty sure you can book it when you first check in, although we checked in on 07/31, and the first available tour time slot was 08/04, which was two days after we were leaving to come home. :(

Also, the quick queue passes had all been distributed when we checked on around 1 pm on 07/31, and at least one other time during our trip, I remember seeing a sign at the concierge desk that there were no more quick queue passes available for that particular day.

Just curious which hotel you were staying at? We usually stay at Springhill Suites.

Keep in mind that these front of the line passes are only for one ride of each ride, it isn't unlimited.

We just got back from staying at the Doubletree on Hilton honor points for 2 nights while doing Discovery Cove. After DC, we went to Sea World for a few hours. We stopped at the hotel to pick up our QC, and they still had availability at 5. Also I didn't think it included Mako, but we tried it, and they let us use it for it. Maybe since it was in the evening??? Not sure. But I would try it anyway, worst they can say is no.

Great to know all of this. Thanks to all who contributed. Just booked a two bedroom at the Residence Inn SeaWorld for Nov. 12 and will going to the park on Sunday Nov. 13th. Looking forward to it.
