Hello --

I tried to search for my question on the WL FAQ thread but didn't have any luck, so here's my question:

On Allears.net, it states in the WL section that bunk bed rooms can no longer be requested. I've already booked my rooms for Dec and requested one bunk bed room. Will this still be honored?

Thanks!

For the bunkbed rooms, there is now an additional charge for those(I think $25.00) So, if you asked for a bunkbed room, you should get it, but it is an extra cost.

Bunk bed rooms can now be reserved - but not just requested........

1) It is a little confusing on how it is written.
2) You used to REQUEST bunk bed rooms.
3) They were never guaranteed.
4) Now, you actually ORDER bunk bed rooms at ressie time.
5) And, since there is an additional charge of $25/night, they are guaranteed.

I originally reserved at WL woods view room. What I really wanted was a bunkbed room for my son and daughter, so when discounts came out and one was available, I changed my reservation to a WL Woods View Bunk Bed room.

I'm not sure if a request on a Woods or Courtyard view room would be granted without actually reserving that type of room.

Bunkbeds are now a booking category just like woods view or courtyard view. If you want to make sure you can get one, call the DRC back and ask to book one if available. You will have to pay the extra fee.

You could wait to ask for one at check in, again you will have to pay the fee, but there might not be any left.
