Quick Q about CRT

I was looking at the menu's on allears and noticed that for Breakfast at CRT it indicates that tax and gratuity is included for breakfast and dinner but it does not indicate this at lunch. Does anyone know if this is true?

I'm thinking of paying OOP for this meal but lunch works a bit better in our touring plan and since the characters are appearing all day now we don't HAVE to make breakfast. (I am correct that the princesses now appear at all of the meals?) If the tax and grat are included then paying OOP hurts a tiny bit less.

Tax, gratuity, and the photo are all included at all meals for CRT.
