My husband was doing his weeklies and was able to pick up 5 points that have been unavailable for a while. He only needs 180 points to cash out. Maybe only 6 more months to go.

Why not just buy yourself a supercertificate or a gift certificate to a store you can use. Suzykats gives you 3 points per dollar for giftcertificates.com. assuming you get credit (something I do not take for granted on that site) you will have your 180 points in a couple of weeks.
