Quick Memory Maker question

Going for a quick weekend trip and not sure if I want to purchase Memory Maker. If I wait until after the trip is over and decide I do want the pics, can I pay the regular price ($199) and still receive everything (ride videos etc) that I would have if purchased before the trip? Thanks!
