Dd is at ioa right now on a school trip. Long story, somehow adults left 3 14 year olds in charge of the girl who spent part of last night in er! They have spent 2 hours in infirmary. As a result HP is closed. I am trying to locate a post that gives procedure for getting in (just the land, not the ride). They have to be back on bus at 7.

They should find a team member and ask. That would be the safest course IMO.

You can't enter WWoHP w/o entering the park...if I'm understanding what you're asking. :confused3

Do you mean they are in First Aid inside the park? If so which one?

At Universal's Islands of Adventure®, First Aid is located inside the Guest Services Lobby, just to the right of the main entrance turnstiles. The main Health Services station is in Sindbad's Village within The Lost Continent®. Look for the Red Cross across from Oasis Coolers.

I agree a Universal employee would be happy to help these kids. Sounds like they have had a rough day!

They are in the park. The hp area is full. Somewhere i read some strategies for getting in. Something about getting a ticket with a return time, but that might have been for grand opening. I know they should ask someone, but they are kids alone for first time.

If it is full there should either be someone handing out tickets with a return time at both entrances or a line to get into. Poor kids! What a busy day for their first trip!

Have them go to Guest Services and explain about the infirmary visit and see if they can help them.

Thanks for the replies! They did end up getting in for HP. Once they got in, the line for FJ was only about an hour. And it turns out the adults were getting mixed signals from the girl, who told them she was fine to go around in a wheelchair and then as soon as they were gone she told the girls she was sick and needed to go to infirmary. Adults took over after I called the leader and explained the situation. So all's well.
