Quick help needed! When does WDW take down Xmas decor?

Trying to throw together a last minute trip - DD18 home for 1 month holiday break. Looking to go down early January but really wanted to see xmas décor - parks and resorts. When is décor taken down? All at once or in stages? thanks!

The Castle lights will be up through January 7th.

With January 1st being a Monday, it’s hard to determine how long the parks will be decorated. Jungle Cruise should still be in Jingle Cruise-mode.

Most Gingerbread displays at Resorts begin coming down on January 1st.

Decor will be taken down all at once and in stages at the same time. They don't have enough crew to clear out all the Christmas decorations at WDW in one night, but they will clear out an entire area overnight. So you may go to bed at AKL with the tree and decorations all up, and wake up to find no traces of Christmas left at AKL. But AK itself may still be fully decorated. I've done Marathon weekend a bunch of times and while it varies year to year, most stuff will be gone by like the 10th of January. Background Music and landscaping may be slightly off, so the garlands/tree may be gone, but poinsettias still in the ground and Christmas carols are still playing, but they will fix that within a day or two.

Thanks will parade or fireworks be different? I have never been at holidays and want d to see it decorated. Seems like I will a bit.

The Christmas Parade ends on 12/31. FoF returns on January 1st.

NYE fireworks will be on 12/30 and 12/31. The Happily Ever After fireworks show will be back on 1/1.
