Quick halloween party questions

Im going to the halloween party on oct 13th. I really dont want to carry around my costume tell after 4 to put it on. Im going as a 50's girl! So really all that they could consider a costume is my skirt. We have dinner reservations at 4 pm at liberty tree tavern. Well I get a fuss for going into the park around 3 or so that we can make out reservations on time. Its not really a big deal because i am wearing black legging capries under neath. So If I have to take it off i can. I just dont want to carry around my skirt if i dont have too!! any ideas on this?

I was yelled at by a cast member who mistook me for another cast member even though I looked nothing like a disney character. And this was after I was let into the park and verified I'd be ok with multiple cast members.

It ended up being harmless though and we were allowed to continue on.

So I don't know what your situation will be but ours ended up fine.

I had no idea about this rule. I was planning on changing into costumes as soon as we land and going off to Epcot for 2 hours or so before heading over to MK for the MNSSHP... we were going to be in full costume (Snow White & a 5 year old skeleton).

So even on Halloween, they won't allow costumes at the other parks?

I ran into a couple dressed as Marge and a Jedi knight, they said they had gotten in around 2:30 to eat somewhere and weren't bothered.

I think you'll be fine in your costume.
I did just want to make sure you realize that if you enter at 4 pm, all you'll need is your party ticket. if you enter at 3 pm, you'll need an annual pass or a regular ticket...either a park hopper or using one day of a base ticket just to enter MK an hour earlier.....
