Quick FP+ Question

I'm sure there's a thread on this someplace but I couldn't find it. So sorry if this gets asked a lot. When are parade/fireworks FP+ released to be booked? 30 or 60 days out?

Also, does anyone know if they're likely to do FP+ for July 3 fireworks at MK and July 4 illuminations at epcot?
