Can these be used anywhere at WDW? Even at food courts, etc.? Thanks!

We were able to use ours everywhere we tried. I used it in my resort resturant and gift shop. I even used it for drinks in various locations at Epcot.

I think there may be a few cash-only snack carts in the parks as well as a couple of non-Disney owned restauranrts in DTD where you can't use it, but everywhere else, you should be fine.
