Hi~ we were on the Dining Plan from 2/7-2/14 so I thought I should post our reviews! I'll just do the table service restaurants....
It was DH and I and our 5 yr old DS on the plan.....9 month old was free obviously.
DH hates if I take pics of our food ( I'm way too busy anyway w/ feeding the baby and making sure our 5 yr old is behaving!) but I did manage to get some dessert pics!
2/8~ 50s Prime Time......we all loved it here, no wait for a 5:30 dinner. Great atmosphere and great waiter, we also loved our table w/ the TV! DH and I both had the pot roast~delicious! DS had chicken nuggets and fries (his usual) and he ate it all. Dessert~DH had the Dad's kitchen sink (I think that's the name)...he loved it and I stole some and thought it was great too.
I had apple cobbler, very good and DS had the build your own sundae. He thought that was awesome.
we got to choose our desserts from a viewmaster! Fun!
2/9~ Garden Grill....we had a 5:15 ( I think) and only a few minute wait. Let me first say that DH was in a bad mood, he had been nauseous all day and the kids were a little cranky and overtired. The waitress was just ok, she needed to come by more often. The food was pretty good but DH didn't like it much...also since the restaurant moved, it did not help his nausea!
DS loved the characters and ate all his nuggets and fries so he was happy. Then I handed the baby over to DH at the end of our meal and that caused his soda to spill all over his lap. (DH's)
Needless to say, he left there in a worse mood. I ate the dessert but can't really remember it since I rushed....DS had a build your own cupcake that he loved!
2/10~ Crystal Palace.....breakfast at about 10 am and a short wait, less than 10 minutes. We all LOVED it! DH was in a much better mood and felt better. (thank goodness) and we all ate a lot! The food was great.....DS had mostly Mickey waffles but DH and I had a little of everything. We enjoyed the characters and our waitress was sweet.....before we left she even told us to feel free to take some apples and bananas to go for the kids!
We had done dinner there before but will be doing breakfast there again next trip!
same day......dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern. we had a 6:30 ressie.....got there early and had to wait a LONG time. We were all starving and the kids were cranky so by the time we got our table we were all cranky. We didn't care for our waitress....she didn't come by enough and wasn't that friendly at all. Food was pretty good, but we were rushing to make Wishes and the waitress was taking forever.
