Quick dining plan question

We got the dining plan with our vacation. My kids don't eat much so we plan on doing a lot of sharing, therefore we will have some unused meals. My husbands brother is coming down and we are all going to Cinderella's gala for dinner. Can we pick up his dinner with one of our TS meals? I hate for a couple of them to go to waste and we thought we'd pick up his if possible. I didn't know if anybody else had done that. Thanks!

We did not need to do this on our trip in October. But I have read here that people have indeed used TS credits in this manner. The plan says, basically, that you can use them how and when you choose. Just tell the server that you are using "x" number of credits, and you should be fine.
Do you know that you can not share meals at any buffet or "all you care to eat" location? Any TS you have at these meals, they will deduct a credit for each person present, sharing is not allowed.

Yes, I did know that you couldn't share at buffett's that's why i was asking that question--Since only 4 of us were on the plan and the 4 of us were eating--I didn't know if we could pick up Brother N Law's as well as a 5th table service meal? Thanks!

I picked up my moms meal at CRT, O'Hanna's and Chef Mickeys. Never had a problem.

Great!! That's all I needed to know!! My husbands family never went on vacations--my family has always gone on big vacations---and now we, as a family, are always planning a trip somewhere and whenever we go down to the Florida vacinity we try to include his brother who is a Ph.D. student at Florida State. We wanted to help him out with as much of the cost as we could. Thanks!!
