By way of introducing myself (mostly a lurker) I wanted to let everyone know that if you get Quick Cooking Jan/Feb issue, I am featured as the Busiest Cook in the Country. I'm both a cook (by necessity) and a scrapbooker so I feel at home here. I was at the DIS when the scrapbooking board was added and I think I ran one of the first secret pal swaps here. I haven't visited much since my 2000 trip but since I'm now planning our 2004 trip, I'm back into full lurk mode. I'm going to try to become a more active participant. So if you have the issue, I hope you'll try the recipes and tell me how you like them!

I just pulled my issue out from the "need to get to" pile (it keeps getting larger!). Your recipes sound great. I look forward to trying them once the crazy holidays have passed. The picture of you and your family is really nice, too!
