Quick, but VERY important, BIRTHDAY question!!

I've read through the massive post about birthdays at DW from awhile ago and was so excited with all of the ideas! But I just have a quick question. We are doing the grand gathering at AK where you and your family get the private safari and dinner and such and there are 3 people in our party with Aug. birthdays so I thought it would be fun to celebrate that night. Has anyone celebrated a birthday on a grand gathering? Did it cost extra? Is there a number I can call? Thanks!
