Quick breakfast in the parks

Now that Disney announced Extra Extra Magic hours, I'm looking for quick breakfast ideas in Studios, Animal and Magic Kingdom beyond the Starbucks places.
I could always grab a muffin from the food court the night before, but want to know other ideas.

It depends on what is open during those hours I guess. If everything is open...at MK we split a cinnamon roll from Gaston's and it was great! Two of us couldn't finish it. Sleepy Hollow has a breakfast waffle sandwich and I also see nothing wrong with eating a funnel cake for breakfast.

Anima Kingdom, again, not sure if they will be open. Joffrey's, Kusafari Coffee shop each have pastries and Yak and Yeti counter service also serves breakfast.

I don't know about DHS.

What we did was keep a package of bagels and some cream cheese in the hotel room fridge. Bought a fruit cup the night before and just ate while we were getting ready on some mornings.

Sleepy Hollow in MK is great! We were there at rope drop one day and when we were let in we walked to Sleepy Hollow when everyone else was running to a ride! They have great waffle sandwiches though the line can get pretty long it is worth the wait. I am not sure about the other parks as we either eat in the room or have a scheduled ADR for breakfast in the other parks!

They are. We were second in line. It was fun sitting there eating watching everyone else rush around!
