Quick Breakfast foods at BC

Any suggestions for quick breakfast food to pick up in the BC area to eat before the parks or at the parks? Most mornings we prefer not to have a sit down breakfast. Are there any quick service sit down places in BC area?

There is a bakery on the boardwalk called Boardwalk Bakery, if you are looking for something quick in the morning, they have very good doughnuts and muffins.

The Boardwalk Bakery is good. There are also places at the Swan and Dolphin. Just a short walk or ferry ride away.
