Going to EE next Sunday from the Poly, is there somewhere to get a quick donut and milk for the kids? Is our best bet going to the snack bar at the Poly first? Is there anyplace in MK to get a coffee and donut?

Thanks!

On Main Street, there's the aptly named Main Street Bake Shop, which does sell some breakfast items. However, I imagine that it would be incredibly busy in the morning! That's of course assuming it's open early for EE... common sense would make me think so, but I don't know personally if that's true. Grabbing something quick from the Poly is sure to be your best bet.

Personally, I never eat breakfast in any of the parks... it's so much easier to eat at the hotel, or have a breakfast bar before you leave the room, and then grab a snack later on in the morning. Since you're there early to make the most of your extra magic hour, I'd spend it actually doing rides, and not eating.

Definitely crowded in the AM but very tasty! They have this French Toast Loaf that basically french toast stacked with lots of cinnamon and baked! oh is it devine....

Main Street bakery IS good, but if you are going to go to get up early so that you are there for EE, I would grab a snack at Poly. By the time we got through the gates and got a snack at the bakery (and the line was not very long), it was already 8:30 - so we only had a half hour jump on everyone else.

Have fun!

While the rest of my family heads over to Space mt during EE, I stop at the Main Street Bakery(just had the french toast the other day-YUM) and then I head over and get Fast Passes for them for Space. They eat after their first ride.

The cinnamon rolls at the Main Street Bakery are to die for:) Have a great trip!!!!

I would hit Kona's at the Poly and try the Mainstreet Bakery for a snack later!
If I remember correctly......Kona's does have a quick coffee/danish counter.
You can grab it on the way to the monorail.

Thanks for the great hints! I could go without breakfast myself, but the kids would kill me. I like the idea of grabbing something quick then hitting the main street bakery later for a snack. We've never stopped there before.

Pssst... you do know there is a stand on the second floor of the POLy just as you exit to the monorail that sells pastry and drink, don't you. Snag 'em there (never much of a line) and eat whlie you wait for the monorail...:)

Actually, I didn't know that. (and this is going to be our third stay at the Poly!) Excuse me now while I go re-re-re-read Tikimans site.

Thanks

pintrader......that is the coffee/danish counter at Kona's that I was talking about.
Since it is right in front of Kona's I figured it was part of it.:)
