Quick bounceback question?? HELP!

How long is the bounceback offer usually offered? Will it still be going on in Nov.? I need a "good" reason to covince DH to go in Nov. so we can book BB for our next Sept. 09 trip!! Help, someone please confirm if I talk him into going, they will be still offering BB. I don't want to risk it not being offered to the general public next April. We can't afford not to go in Nov, right?!? I need a Disney fix. Bad. FD just might be the kicker to get him to go!!!
