Quick Advice Please

Best way to go to and from Grand Floridian and Epcot and approx door to door time. Hear mixed info between monorail and bus.

Considerations in case I should mix it up based on times of day

Party of six
Double stroller
Going early December
Arrive for rope drop,
leave for afternoon break,
return for 4pm Ressie CP
depart after illuminations.

Only one real option using Disney transport, and that's monorail from GF to the TTC, then switch to the Epcot monorail. Unfortunately, it's 3/4 of the way around the resort monorail from the GF to the TTC so with a change at the TTC you're probabaly looking at a 40 minute trip to Epcot and maybe 30 minutes on the way back. With the way the monorails have been running lately, however, I'd plan on at least an hour to get to the Epcot front gate from the GF. You can walk from the GF to the TTC via the Poly, but it's a pretty good hike.

Without a car the only other way there is by taking a cab. That should be a pretty quick trip and not too expensive.

Ugh...

At least they can sleep in stroller if need be. Plan for worst and hope for best!
