We are in disneyland woop woop.

Arrived today and all is good. For the first time we have bought annual passes and got them easily enough with no hassle.

My question may be silly but how do we use these at the entrances ? Is there a seperate turnstile ?

Only ever used the normal paper park tickets.

Second question.

We are staying at kyriad and waited around 25 mins this afternoon on a shuttle into parcs. I have read u can walk it in fifteen mins. Only problem is I have no idea where to walk. If anyone knows it would be appreciated or even if anyone can confirm it can be walked in 15 mins.

Well nearly bedtime and ready for day 2.

Wish you were all here :-)

Quick answer to your first question, yes, any entrance, any turnstile for APs - they work in just the same way as ordinary tickets although CMs often like to look at them to check the identity.

You can certainly walk from the Kyriad but it would take 30 minutes I would have thought. I imagine the best way would be along the road (the way the bus goes) as far as the Santa Fe and then walk along the river path to the Village.

Enjoy your trip! :goodvibes

Your AP's are easy to use, hold them pointing upwards at the laser reader on the turn styles and that's it! You don't even need to pass it through the machine :)

It's going to take you the same amount of time to walk from there as you waited I'm afraid. About 20-30 mins walk, though my Pirate just said its safer than it used to be as it actually has a path along the route.

To walk it, get a bus to the Santa Fe, walk out of the main gate, turn left, walk down to the roundabout, straight across the roundabout (you will see the sign for the Kyriad) and follow the road down. It's a long walk in the dark though :-/

It is possible to walk to the parks at break neck speed and in full daylight in around15 mins, but factor in dark, cold and speeding cars who might not see you, I would set aside at least half hour to walk back for the first few times.
