I searched the DIS' DAS/Genie+ FAQ, I looked over on Disney's website and searched the board but I couldn't find the answer to my questions.
I am planning my May trip. It will be the third time I have rented a scooter, once with FP+ and once without FP at all (covid). This will be my first time at WDW with Genie. I can walk but I can't walk a long way or stand in lines for more than 30ish minutes before my knee complains even with a cane. I understand that I am not eligible for a DAS because I can "scoot" into most queues.
I recall that the MK has some queues that are not scooter/ECV friendly. Can someone remind me which queues those are? Also, can someone remind me of the protocol for the queues? Are there other "unfriendly" queues in other parks? I think I read somewhere that Tower of Terror, Rock n Roller Coaster and Test Track also had queues that don't accept ECVs but I don't remember what I did for them. Maybe the lines were short enough that I just walked through the queue with my cane.
I remember some of it. I remember just getting in line for Splash and they'll pull me out right before the stairs and then I wait in the ECV/wheelchair line. I remember transferring to a wheelchair for Pirates. I remember talking to a CM at an blue umbrella at Space Mountain and Jungle Cruise and getting a "DAS-Lite" return time. I remember both Haunted Mansion and Big Thunder having a back entrance, but I don't remember if I needed a "DAS-Lite" return time. I know there are others, but for the life of me, I can't remember them.
Last question, if I get a return time for a ride without accessible queues, where would it show up if I don't have a real DAS?
Thanks everyone!
Edited: My questions pertain to both Genie+ LLs and to stand-by lines.
