Queue Improvements in recent years???

We're going to WDW in October and it will be our first time back since 2007. I've heard that the waiting line entertainment for some (many?) attractions has improved in recent years. Would love to hear about which ones have improved and how.

The Pooh queue now has some interactive elements. Haunted Mansion has some good details. The Dumbo queue isn't interactive, but there is a playground for the kids while you are waiting to ride.

The Little Memaid ride has a great queue with an interactive game. Although, you can't consider that an improvement since its a new ride.

Space Mountain has some video games you can play in line.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad has a "plussed" queue, too.

Test Track in Epcot underwent major renovation and became more interactive in 2012.

Soarin', Test Track, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain are a few others that have been upped. SM has a video game, Big Thunder has some things to look at and touch. Soarin' has a game, Test Track has a build your car theme.
