Hi there. I'm in the process of booking our FP's and I am having a hard time at Epcot. I have a question about a rider swap. My daughter who will be 7 doesn't want to ride Soarin so we were hoping to use rider swap. Does the person swapping still need a FP? Also, if we get her a FP for the character meet n greet (which is also a Tier 1) does one of us need a FP also? If that's the case one of us can't ride Soarin because you can only have 1 Tier 1 ride. Please help!!

Unless she is going to walk the line completely by herself, obviously not the best idea, a parent would have to have a FP as well. The tier system makes this a little difficult.

Yes..the tier system is making this a lot harder than it needs to be. Obviously, we wouldn't let her stand in line by herself. I was hoping I wouldn't need a fast pass to stand with her.

Rider switch is only for children who are not tall enough to ride, so you won't be able to use it at Soarin'.

Everyone who gets in line will need a FP, even if you're just waiting with your daughter.
