Questions wrt 1st visit to BCV

We are finally making our first visit to BCV! We will be making the trip with my husband's brothers, and have reservations for 3 studios (2 at BCV, 1 currently at BWV - waitlisted at BCV). I have two questions:

1. Can my brothers-in-law get the 10% discount for UPH passes? They will most likely be checking in before we do - and at this point, one brother-in-law is booked at the BWV. All the reservations are made with my points.

2. We have some things we want to use while we're there, but don't want to carry on the airplane. Is it possible to send a package to ourselves, e.g., mail it from home this week and have it arrive at BCV next week? Is there a special way to address the package so it gets to us?

My understanding is if the room is booked on points the room keys will say member and therefore they will get the 10% discount.

I have heard there is a fee to have a package delivered to the resort.

Ok -- thanks very much! My brothers-in-law will be happy, and I don't have to worry about not getting there before they do.

I think we'll try to pack our extra gear some other way (bring an extra suitcase or a box to check on the plane -- don't want to pay an extra fee on top of postage!).
