questions regarding Bonnet Creek

Hi all,

I have called bonnet Creek to ask some of these questions but the lady I spoke to was less than helpful. Also, the answers she gave me conflict with the information on here so I am looking for clarification.

Would someone kindly answer these questions for me.

I have posted these questions in the we love bonnet creek thread but started a new thread as things tend to get lost due to the size of that particular thread.

What floors are the deluxe units on in tower 6?

Is there a mixture of lake and parking lot views?

Do the master ensuite's have a half or full wall that divides the bedroom?

What time do the pools close?

When can we request to stay in a particular tower?

What towers have been updated with flat screen tv's and granite countertops? She told me that all towers have granite countertops and flat screen tv's!

Has the furniture also been updated in the older towers?

Historically, how busy is the time frame in which I will be staying? She told me that October is their very busy time

Do the units have a kettle? Can one be requested?

Is a crib and a high chair for an infant provided?

What towers offer wifi as opposed to Ethernet? I was told that no units have wifi.

Here is what I know based on a dozen or so visits.

What floors are the deluxe units on in tower 6?

We had a deluxe room on the 3rd floor, that's all I know.

Is there a mixture of lake and parking lot views?
You get a view of the lake or the parking lot. The bulk of fireworks views will be parking lot views. The parking lot views aren't so bad, really. There is a nice tree line if you are low. It is also a bit quieter.

Do the master ensuite's have a half or full wall that divides the bedroom?
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the spa tub, a sink with vanity and a closet. It also has a dresser with a flat-screen TV. Just past the sink is a separate room with a door that has the toilet, another sink and the shower

What time do the pools close?
Later than I would go swimming. 10 p.m., not sure exactly. It is quiet in the late evening with a few people in the hot tubs.

When can we request to stay in a particular tower?
I make my requests when I check in. As far as I can tell, that's when you get your room assigned. Some people have been trying calling the resort a couple of weeks ahead, but I have not read anything that shows that is effective.

What towers have been updated with flat screen tv's and granite countertops? She told me that all towers have granite countertops and flat screen tv's!
I have not stayed in a room that didn't have flat screens, but several with laminate countertops. I have read they are renovating rooms and replacing the laminate with granite. Our deluxe in Tower 6 had granite. Bottom line, no big deal. The laminate is fine.

Has the furniture also been updated in the older towers?
Unsure. I have not stayed in one of the older towers in a couple of years

Bonnet Creek is getting busier as more people are discovering it and it is get close to final completion. As to crowds, they pretty much mirror the Disney crowd seaons. However, because the rooms at Bonnet Creek are so large, it is less "population dense" than a hotel resort. Also, people aren't hanging out at the resort all day, they are leaving to go to the theme parks. I have stayed in Oct. and it was fine.

Do the units have a kettle? Can one be requested?
The units have an electric coffee maker/pot with filters.

Is a crib and a high chair for an infant provided?
Of course, but you have to ask for them. They deliver them to the room. Its a Pack' n' Play style crib

What towers offer wifi as opposed to Ethernet? I was told that no units have wifi. We got Wifi in our room in Tower 6, but that could of been from the lobby below or something. Bottom line, you must have wifi, bring your own router. Every room has an ethernet cord and you can buy one for $20.
