I am new to this board and have some questions for some of you experts!! Well, I traded our time share in Cancun for a 3 bedroom villa at the Marriott Imperial Villas. I have got fifteen people going total. (We will have 2 units) - I am so excietd and have a ton of questions and, yes, it does look like I came to the right place. I have been to Disneyland about 6 or seven times and twice to California Adventure, throughout my lifetime, but never to any place as the resorts in Orlando. I am feeling excited and a bit overwhelmed by all there is to see. So, I do have some questions...
What is the best place to see the most characters?
Does the five day park hopper include ALL Disney Parks?
I ahve a girl 7 and a boy 4, what do they HAVE to see?? In you opinion??

Last time I went to DL, it was time for Pirates of Car. to be closed for maintenance. Which was sad. I hope I am not missing out on any other great rides when we go in November.

Thanks in advance!

Monique I am new here to but I know that we have come to the right place. I though have been to WDW so here is what my opinions are :D

The best thing we did to see characters was to go directly to Toon Town at the back of the park, we just hopped on the first train, there are also alot of characters in the very front of the park upon entry. It was important to us to see Mickey and I didn't want to wait all day in lines so that is where Toon Town was great, we also saw Cinderella, and Ariel which are big faves, plus a whole lot more. There is supposed to be a list of characters and where they will be during the day when you enter the park, we never used this. Also in Expostion Hall in the back we saw like 5-6 characters that we did not see walking around the park, like Jasmine, Mary Poppins, Belle and such.

A good book that I swore by for our first and now all trips is Walt Disney Workd with Kids 2002 by Kim Wright Wiley, I myself am going to see if there is an updated copy. It was a great source for info and I highlighted as I read and brought it with me.

When you say all the parks are you talking about MK,AK, Epcot, and MGM? If so then yes they are all covered by the World Hopper pass.

Our favorite rides on our last trip were Pirates of the Car, Buzz Lightyear Spin, Goofy's Barnstormer, Test Trak and my boys loved the train that runs around MK.

Hope this helps! Have a great time!
