Questions on Sheraton Vistana

Hi all,

Have an upcoming stay and had a couple questions as it's our first time staying at the resort.

1) For the coffee pot, do they provide multiple coffee filters/grounds upon request?
2) Is wi-fi still an issue?
3) Anyone with t-mobile service that can comment on reception/signal?

You can call for refills on I think everything except maybe paper towels. I can’t comment on the other two, last time I was there was in April and Wifi was still a huge issue. More recent tripadvisor reviews seem ok but there still is the odd bad review about wifi. Maybe it’s location dependent within the resort now?

I can't speak to #1 as our family doesn't drink coffee, but we didn't have any wifi issues over our Labor Day stay. My husband and I both have T-Mobile. My phone worked without issue while his was hit or miss (but didn't really matter as the wifi worked fine).

We were in Fountains.

I was there in January...

1. There were either multiple coffee filters or it was a machine with a reusable filter basket in the room. Not sure about the refills on the grounds as I'm not a hot coffee person, but you could ask or there's a walgreens near the entrance where you could buy your own.

2. I was there before the wifi meltdown but it wasn't great when I was there, typical of many hotels.

3. t-mobile was fine, I never had an issue inside or out, but I was on the top floor. Perhaps there would be issues on lower floors just because of the buildings.

2. I was in Cascades 2222 between 11th August and 22nd August - wi fi was rock solid.

3. I have EE which, in the UK, includes T-mobile. I do not know which service they transferred me over to in the USA, but it was also rock solid.

We bring our own coffeemaker because the little packets don't cut it for us.
