I read the forum guidelines, and I need some help in understanding why the URL in this post was "obfuscated".

EMM - drive or bus?

I'll try posting the URL directly in this message to see if it is overwritten by "***"

Ok, I can see it was removed. The site was ******* dot com.

The next question from this post:

I wanted to post a YouTube! URL that had a time modifier (?t=1m31s) to the URL to start the video at a specific time. The base YouTube! went really well, but the ?t modifier was scrubbed.

I'll try it again here.

I want to make it clear I'm not disagreeing with any policy, since I'm still "Earning My Ears". But I want to understand if I'm bumping up against some policy.

There are some sites that are not allowed to be linked here on DISboards. Typically some travel agent-connected sites, and some social media sites.

If you post a link to an blocked site, it will be *******'d out.
