Questions on late checkin, moving and faxing

We will check in pretty late on our upcoming trip, and I was wondering if I need to let the resort know that we're coming, but will be there very late.

Also, we are moving resorts this trip (never done it before). Who and when do we tell at the first resort that we want our luggage moved to the second resort? Also, do we let the second resort know that first resort is sending over the luggage?

Last one, lol. Can I still fax room requests (yes, I know they are requests and may or may not be met)?

I would call the front desk and let them know if you are going to be arriving after midnight.
When we transferred from ASMu to Old Key West we just called bell services and they handled it the day we left. When you check in at the other resort they will probably ask if you have luggage and you can tell them it is being transferred from your previous resort.
Many resorts are ignoring faxes. Your best bet is to call CRO and have them note your preferences on your reservation.
