We have decided to take a trip during March, 2017. Yes, we just decided. Its ok. FP selections do not start until 1/10/17 for our trip. Last trip was in July, and although we did a lot, we obviously missed some things. So I have a few questions…

MK-is the night parade gone? Wishes is still there but is that it?

HS- we are going to watch Fantasmic! this trip but not do the dinner package. We do not care for any of the HS restaurants. In reality, how long before the show do we need to be at the theatre to get on line?
Have a lot of Star Wars attractions/shows been added to the park? I am not a SW fan at all, but my son is. I know the backlot was being changed into something SW but not sure of the progress. We never even walked back there in July.

Any new, must try restaurants? I always try to eat somewhere I have not eaten before.

Epcot Flower and Garden Show will be going on, so I am very excited about that!

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

MK: There is not a night parade at this time, and I don't believe there are rumors of an incoming parade in the next 3-6 months.

HS: You're going during prime spring break. I would arrive 45 minutes in advance for F!
As far as SW, they are building Star Wars Land, but it will not be open until 2019. In the meantime, http://www.disboards.com/threads/of...ireworks-dessert-party-launch-bay-jt.3439569/ has info about the current stage shows and nighttime show. In general, if you're doing Fantasmic, you will miss the Star Wars night show.

Restaurants: Skipper Canteen in MK and Tiffins at AK are the two new wow in-park restaurants; both were open in July but maybe you missed them?

As far as your Fantasmic! Question..... I suggest that you try to get a 4th/additional Fastpass for this. They are usually easy to come by - but then again I don't normally visit during spring break time. Even with the Fastpass 30-45 min before the show would be the latest you will want to line up. During that busy time 45 min is probably better. Fastpass won't eliminate your need to line up early but will allow you sit in that designated area. If you wait to long to line up they may start opening that area to those waiting stand by.

-No more nightly parade. Wishes is nightly

-for Fantasmic it's recommended you get to the arena 45-60 min prior to showtime (regardless if you're doing standby, FP, or dining package). They'll open up the arena about an hour before showtime. You don't wait in line, you go inside and can wait in your seats. There's also concession stands inside.

-there's been a decent amount of Star Wars things added to HS. Your son will enjoy it all. The backlot tour that your talking about was part of the closures in the back of the park to transform that area into Star Wars & Toy Story land. It's still about 2 years until all that opens
