Questions for January trip

Hi - We are staying at the Polynesian January 25th thru February 2nd. It will be myself, DH, DS (10) and DD (6). They know we are going just not when. Anyway, just wondering last time we were there we missed spectromagic parade. Is this done at this time of year? Also, the pirate and princess party will be going on two or three days when we are there. Does this make it more or less crowded during the day? Thanks for any help!

I looked at a couple of days during your stay, and you will definitely have opportunities to see this wonderful parade.

I'm sorry, I cannot answer your question about the P&P parties.

Congrats on your trip. We will be there the exact same dates as you, except we'll be staying at the WL .

I have heard that the P&PP will make MK a little more crowded on those days, but unless you're picky about avoiding crowds, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I hope you enjoy your trip, and maybe I'll bump into you. Just look for the couple who is louder and wilder than their children .

Maukey - We stayed at Wilderness Lodge the last two times and we all loved it. When we went two years ago our kids were 4 and 8 and we signed up to be the flag family. What a great experience. If you get a chance your family and kids will enjoy. It only took about 1/2 hour to raise the flags and then take pictures. Have a great trip. By the way my husband will be the one acting like a big kid he loves disney.
