Hi everyone,

I have less than 3 months to go and trying to decide on a few things.

The first thing is photography...since Randy is booked we've decided to go ahead and use Disney Photography. We are wanting to add on another package to our intimate wedding package but aren't positive which one...Any suggestions? DF was wanting the black & white package...and we were also thinking about doing a MK or Epcot session sometime in the future.

Another thing is about the toasting and cake ceremony. There will only be myself, DF, MOH, BM and 2 children at the ceremony. We are wondering if we will have to order another bottle of the champagne? Also, does anyone know what is available to order for kids to drink? I know we can order the sparkling cider but at $22 that is kind of too expensive for us. Any suggestions on this would be welcome.

Well I think that is all for now...I'm sure there will be more :teeth: Less than 3 months to go...can't wait! :cloud9: :cloud9:

If the champagne is poured "properly" you won't need another bottle. Champagne toasts are very small portions and typically you can pour 8-10 toasts per bottle of champagne. For reference, a bottle of wine should make 4-5 glasses depending on how large the glassware is. The sparkling juice at $22 sounds expensive, but not out of range for a catering function. I help cater events in the midwest and prices range from $15-20 for non-alcoholic wine. Have a happy countdown to your big day!

Hello there.
Don't worry about last minute changes.......I didn't have all of my details decided until 10 days before my wedding on December 16th.
I would ask about some party punch from the Grand Floridian for the kids.
The $22 cider was a big regret for me. Its the same cider they sell at walmart for $1.86!!! That was unreal.
You should only need one bottle of champagne. It wasn't that good to begin with......but its nice how it says Fairy Tale Cuvee. Its billed on consumption. Whatever you need they can go get and whatever you don't open...they can credit back to you.
Hope that helps.

Actually, I liked the champagne. I drank several glasses after our ceremony (when we got back to our room) and I bought an extra bottle just because.

I didn't order or ask for any other drinks because there was just my DH and me...but they had automatically set out some coke, diet coke, and water...you can kinda see it (to the left of the cake) in this pic:

My guess is, if you talk to your EM before hand she will make sure something is there for the kids or anyone else who doesn't want to drink the champagne.

there was 9 of us at my intimate (8 of them were drinking the champagne), and we only had one bottle. i got a couple of cans of soda for me as i dont drink champagne, so this could be an option. but be warned, the cans were about $3 each!

We exchanged our champagne for 2 bottles of the cider. And my mom got a ginger ale because the bubbles make her loopy (about $3 each). We had 10 people drink their toast from the one bottle, and I saved the other for our anniversary. They also had pitchers of water out.

Hope this helps

Thanks for everyone's help. It's good to know that there are other options to choose to drink. I'll definitely talk to my cordinator about it...Thanks again! :goodvibes

Trying to make a final decision on my bouquet. Rosie sent a pic of a bouquet with light pink, lavender and ivory roses which I love. But now I'm wondering if the ivory will look ok with my white dress?? I'm trying to decide if I should just have light pink and lavender or include the ivory too?? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!
:bride:

I'd ask Rosie for her opinion on how it'll look against a white dress. I was unsure of what to do about my bouquet, and had a general idea but Rosie basically led me to mine, and it was BEAUTIFUL. I loved it and it was perfect, even though it really wasn't anything like I originally pictured in my mind. So she deffinatly knows her stuff, so ask her.

Hope this helps

Melissa

Thanks Melissa. I've sent Rosie an email and I'm sure she will do a great job of helping me out on this. She has been so helpful with everything we've asked her already...She really does know her stuff.
