Questions already about Christmas week and closures

Okay, I would consider myself in the Disney know, but I am gonna need help safely completing Dec 24 -Jan 4th at Disney, yes I know I'm crazy...lol.
So for my first question, I need to clarify possible closure info. We will be staying at GF, if we go in morning and then leave to go back to the room in afternoon, and there is a phase 3 closure or lower, will we be allowed to return to the same park? Second, if we do not go in AM and go over in afternoon, what phase level closure would not allow us, as resort guests with dinner reservations into the park? It seems in my research, if I am interpreting correctly it would be statistically very unlikely to be denied entrance to your park of choice as a resort guest with dinner reservations...does this seem correct to those of you who understand the policy?

2. Phase 4. (VERY unlikely to happen.)
