Questions about VGF cold grocery storage before room is ready

We are heading to VGF in a few weeks! So excited for our first stay there (2BR standard).

Our flight lands at 12:30pm, and we are doing a supermarket run before we arrive at the resort. If our room isn't ready yet, can we ask them to store our cold/freezer food at the Villas or do we need to go to the main resort front desk?

Yes they have storage for groceries - refrigeration and I am pretty sure freezer too. I think all the DVCs have it.

It's best to sort the items into freezer, cold storage or general storage. This will hopefully get the items in the correct storage.

Yes. I was thinking we should organize the stuff that way when we bag it at the supermarket.

We always do groceries on day two just in case.
