Questions about the Winter Discount codes

I just stumbled on them and I am working it out im my brain as to looking into the packages or just room only. That is not my question though.

My situation is that my DH has inventory every year and will not find out until January when it will be. Last year it was the end of March. My DD has Spring break the last week of March- I know later than most, very cool! I may be willing to pull her out of school, but it would be the week after spring break, which is strange.

My question: If I book the room only discount now lets say, for that last week in March, and get the dates I want, and find out that he can't go come January, can I ask for a change of dates and if I can would I have to pay more since space is limited with the discounts?

If you book for january now, and need to rebook- there is NO guarantee that the discounts can be applied..

HOWEVER if your booking room only- you can do this.

book January- and pay the 1 night deposit- You have until 48 hours PRIOR to the arrival date to cancel and receive 100% $$ back

At the same time- book for the March trip- AGAIN, pay the 1 nights deposit...if you end up going in January- cancel the march- and get your 1 nights deposit back

just remember- make sure your on the phone with CRO...ask the desosit/refund policy. if they say 45 days etc.. its WDWTC, NOT CRO...

Thats what I would do..(okay thats what I am doing..with the package/silveraddon) I have 1 reservation feb 15-22, and 1 for feb 16-23..for 4 rooms pofq...grand gathering...

They always tell me 5 days to get back my deposit. Has it been 48 hours long?

I'm almost positive it is more than 48 hours notice to cancel. It was always five days, but my new reservation for February says six days prior notice to cancel.

Please be sure to ask. You don't want to miss the deadline if you have to cancel.

If you cancel within 5 days of your arrival date you will be charged 1 night-outside of the 5 days you will be fully refunded.

Within 24 hours you can "reschedule"--basically, cancel, but change the date to another day.

5 days to cancel for a full refund.
