Questions about the name on the reservation

Question: If a dining reservation is made using Mary Smith's "My Disney Experience", and is in Mary Smith's name......but her daughter is actually the diner (along with her party), will they allow this?

Just have the daughter give Mary’s name. They don’t check IDs for dining reservations.

Yes. I made the ADRs for my son when he was 13 and would be eating with his two friends. I did make sure that his name was listed as one member of the party in case anyone questioned why a guy was checking in with girl's name. He had no problem at all. He just checked in using my name, no one ever questioned it.

Thanks!!! My niece is going to WDW for her high school trip & I've been helping her make reservations. I will definitely add her name to the reservations
